BE-36: User Level

What's up?

Level: Each user belongs to a specific level group, levels are based on the user's interaction with the platform.
We decided to implement functionality for deciding on a user's level.

To Do

• Decide on the specifics of parameters a user is required to meet, to reach level_2.
• Create a function for calculating user's level.
• Create an API for returning user's level.
• Update User model and(or) profile API for including user level.
