Support bcrypt authentication

Meteor has moved away from SRP with its latest release. Support for the new bcrypt method should be included in ObjectiveDDP to prevent iOS apps from breaking once developers upgrade to Meteor 0.8.2.

I'm currently looking into both issues, I hope to release a version compatible with 0.8.2 this week. Please see my fork which also includes an important patch for keeping the ddp connection alive.

@mikey0000 thanks for working on this. I started a new job last month and I've had to neglect some side projects unfortunately. If you want to make a pull request from your 0.8.2 branch I'd love to take a look / merge.
