Games from EA App crashing suddenly

I'm playing Sims 4 through EA App. The game starts and everything works fine until it crashes suddenyl. There is no specific interval or action that I do in-game. I have allfonts activated.
Any idea?

I'm not able to install the EA App at all. With Soda, the installation just freezes ~95% at preparing. With Wine it instantly fails with Error code INST-21-577.
