Update 5 adds /Zc:templateScope flag which causes compile errors in typedefs redefining template parameters.

Update 5 adds
/Zc:templateScopeflag which causes compile errors in typedefs redefining template parameters.This fixes compilation errors of Boost.Log that were reported on boost-dev ML.
