  1. Added option SEARCH_HINT to hide search hint text 

    Added the ability to hide the hint text in the search box, for people who use narrow start menus that cut off the text or for people who just think it looks sleeker. Option is called SEARCH_HINT (defaults to 1), and links SEARCH_ITALICS to it. For clarity, "search box text" has been changed to "search box hint text" on both options. [NOT SEARCH_HINT] sets Search_hint_font to "Segoe UI",normal,-999. I wasn't sure what the etiquette for this was, so I gave the files their own unique names.
