Decoder mathematical formulas

I liked the mathematical formulas describing the decoder in https://github.com/ncguilbeault/PointProcessDecoder Can we copy these equations to https://bonsai-rx.org/machinelearning/articles/PointProcessDecoder/ppd-overview.html ?

Thanks for your feedback. In general, I don't mind documenting the mathematical formulas in the Bonsai.ML packages, but I think we should be consistent across packages. For example, we haven't documented the mathematical formulas for either Bonsai.ML.LinearDynamicalSystems or Bonsai.ML.HiddenMarkovModels. The original thinking here was that if a Bonsai.ML package depends on an external package for implementing the core model, then we would rely on the external package to document the mathematical basis for the model and focus our documentation on the parameters that we exposed through the Bonsai.ML operators.
