webui: Add tailwind support?

I saw tailwind support was dropped in the web components migration. Is there a reason we can't use tailwind with web components? I find tailwind easier to work with than raw css

Looks like there's a draft guide for adding tailwind to a lit project in lit/lit.dev#1278. Tempted to just throw the markdown guide at sketch and see what it does
