module break order view in backend - M2 2.1.7

Hey guys,

i installed the module using composer require "boldcommerce/magento2-ordercomments" "~1.1.1",
magneto version 2.1.7
when i try to view order details from Sales -> Orders -> select view order

the page breaks and gives me this error :

Invoices Changes have been made to this section that have not been saved. This tab contains invalid data. Please resolve this before saving.

Hi @moneef,

I've installed this module on a clean magento 2.1.7 install with only sample data, did a few test orders with comments in the checkout, and viewed them in the admin. However I didn't get the error that you're specifying. Does this error go away if you remove/disable the order comments module? If so, are there any other relevant error messages in your

• browser console
• magento logs
• php logs
  when you're getting this error with the order comments module enabled?

Hey @boldsidney ,

yes when i disable the module everything works fine, and also tried to remove it entirely from database and files, and reinstall it also tried di:compile and static-content:deploy

cleared

var/di
var/generation

and redo everything with no luck

browser console error Uncaught ReferenceError: require is not defined,
but there is nothing in PHP or Magento Logs.

The issue is probably related to that Uncaught referenceError that you're getting, which is strange because the module doesn't do anything with javascript on the admin sales/order/view page.

Can you post the full console output?

What does your html (view page source) on the broken page look like ? Some kind of error might be visible in there.

P.S i disabled hexasoft/module-fraudlabspro and it worked, i think there is a clash between the two modules.
