Hi Kristina,

Even if the documentation only mentions Python up to 3.9, Bitstream should also work fine with 3.10 (I can confirm this for Linux). The documentation is slightly outdated now!

I should update the documentation and test for Windows & Mac, which means that #22 is needed.
