As of today the CI is used only for automated testing (no wheel building, no pypi upload)
- Travis CI to GitHub Actions (since Travis is EOL fast for open source),
- makes little sense to keep Appveyor since GHA works with windows too (?), and i understand very little about Windows and Appveryor,
- including a proper Python version matrix would be nice (Python 2.7 plus a sensible range of Python 3 versions). This does not exist today.
