Backed away from flattening the path of components in main; it doesn't work when .css files have relative paths to font files in a different directlry. This breaks things such as jquery-migrate, where you want to install the non-minified version for development, and the minified one for production. The correct way to do this is with "overrides" in bower.json.
Remove code that tried to prefer installing minified version.

Updated the finder to work with Django 1.7.
Added a switch --with-version to place components in directories named with version strings, which can be an advantage for component upgrades when deploying static via a CDN with long cache times.
Added support for file-glob patterns in the bower master list. Added support for picking minified versions over regular versions if they are available in the bower dir.
Added a check for bower availability, in order to give a better error message if it's not.
