V6 CIS Workflow .csv file format issues

Describe the bug
Most of the CIS Workflow .csv files are not formatted correctly and do not have all of the data to align with the headers.

Go to any of these links and you will see the error on GitHub regarding the formatting:

The story telling csv is formatted correctly and shows the preview instead of the formatting errors on the pages:
