Describe your changes

Provide a concise description of the changes made and their intended purpose.
This is just a Draft PR for your feedback.

  1. Separated out the Avatar section into a new component called AvatarPanel.
  2. Moved all functions and useState logic related to avatar/photo into AvatarPanel.
  3. Cleaned up the profile component to pass only relevant props to Avatar Panel

Next Steps would be

  1. Disabling the Avatar Panel for now.
  2. Minor code level improvements.
  3. Working on a full fledged avatar panel useage that involves backend routes to fetch store and update avatar details.
