2FA Emails Not Received #7618

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Attempt to login with 2FA enabled.
  2. Wait for usual email to arrive with access code
  3. Wait 36 hours after uncountable attempts and cry because you've lost access to your account and support doesn't respond.

Still logged in through phone app, unable to get emails for password reset, turning off 2FA, changing email addresses, basically anything that requires a confirmation from noreply@bsky.social is not functioning on my main account.

I've used a penetrator test tool to spoof an email from noreply@bsky.social and the test email was received fine, so something is wrong internally with the account and now I have no way to get back in on the browser. If the app logs out, I'll lose complete access altogether.
