Allow Turn Off Reposts from specific user(s) #6922

Description

Describe the Feature

A large amount of Bluesky interactions are made via Reposting others' posts, and sometimes this can be frustrating to some users. For example, there may be cases where you follow user A for their original posts, their reposts don't interest you, but you enjoy user B's original posts and reposts.

Currently, Bluesky has an option to disable all reposts from the "Following" feed, as seen in screenshot 1 under Attachments. However, this disables all reposts from all followers, which could be seen as too excessive. Cosidering the above example, I'd end up not seeing users A and B's reposts, even though I liked to see B's reposts.

This feature exists in Twitter, as per-user basis, which gives the user finer control on what they want to see in their feed, without removing content they'd like to see.

Describe Alternatives

Perhaps consider "Weaker Mute" #5667 when implementing this, since they feel like related, but different, features.

Additional Context

More option on how we curate the main feed is important for a site that prizes user agency over weighted algorithms. The current options are too harsh and some granularity would be welcome.
