This patch adds a widget that shows the output of the motors and lights of a BROV2 Heavy.
Currently it doesn't check which vehicle is running, to make sure it's a BROV2 Heavy, but I don't think it should limit the usage if the user wants to look at it.
We should thought add at least the BROV2 standard and the BlueBoat before merging.
