[M124] [iOS] Update the search engine dialog title font

Thish patch makes sure the title font int the search engine dialog is
always the same than FRE title font.

This patch needs to be cherry-picked into M124.

Same issue here also on 10.14.6 and on build 1299917 and 124.0.6367.207.1 too.
I tested this on a fresh user account and also on 10.9: same behaviour.

Can confirm on 10.9.5. To restate, the crash occurs in Chromium Legacy 124.0.6367.207.1 when you highlight the URL in the address bar, and try to drag it to e.g. your desktop.

I have attached a backtrace:

Confirm same issue on 10.13.6 with Chromium Legacy 124.0.6367.207.1 hard crash no hang or anything...
