traderLogon doesn't match convention

• traderLogon doesn't match with convention and should probably be renamed to sendTraderLogon.
• takes a traderId, but realistically i think this will generally be passed through in the CDR msg so shouldn't be passed as an arg
• the msg itself is passed as const so updating the header/enriching isn't achievable
