Sporadic `Unable to get latest epoch info to get protocol parameters` errors

com.bloxbean.cardano.client.api.exception.ApiException: Unable to get latest epoch info to get protocol parameters error occurs sporadically in our test suite. The workload is as follows:

1. Reset Yaci using admin API on port 10000
2. Build and submit a transaction

Can you try to get the yaci-store.log when it happens next time?

You can use devkit ssh to log in to the container and you can find the logs under /app/store/logs.

The first log message appears to be related to the issue we fixed recently for yaci-store in this PR: bloxbean/yaci-store#495.

I am not sure about the second log message. Why is port 3001 suddenly inaccessible?

Could you please review the issue description and the attached log file?
