Blockade icon state messes up when closing browser

When toggling the status of Blockade via the icon in the browser bar and then shutting the browser, state gets mixed up. Blockade will show that it's operating when in fact it's off. State is presently defined inside of local storage, but an additional check should be done to obtain the currently displayed image to ensure it matches the actual state.
