Complete tutorial how to train Anime4K on my own dataset?

I need to train Anime4K on my own dataset, but the train notebook lacks enough explanations. Is there a complete tutorial how to train the models and also how to do it for different model sizes (S, M, L, UL, etc)? Can you please add some notes to the notebook?

For instance, it uses /hdd/sdb/SYNLA_Plus_4096.npy but how to generate it from my own dataset?
