Description
Refactorisation du code de la barre de debogage.
Désormais, on ne charge pas les éléments de la debugbar au même moment que la page. Ceux si sont chargé en arrière plan en ajax lorsque la page principale a chargée
Ajout du hot-reload
Prise en charge du rechargement à chaud des pages pendant la phase de développement
