Date picker month/year selections not working when control inside datagrid row

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a datagrid where there is a date picker in one of the columns
2. Click on the < or > buttons - no change
3. Click on the month and select a different one - no change
4. Click on the year and select a different one - no change
