[UX] disable zoom outside of video steam (Android)

Describe what you are trying to accomplish and why in non technical terms
Often, i destroy the UI on my Android phone (Chome browser) when unitentionally zooming the UI, while i want to zoom in the Videostream, as the behaviour of zooming is inconsistent. This in the end also leads to the page not being functional (in extreme cases).

There are 3 different pages where i can look at camera pictures:

1. Birdseye: /root -> No zooming possible, pinch to zoom leads to the whole page incl. all icons being zoomed
2. Live: /#Camera -> Zooming is possible, even when the stream is still buffering. Pinch to zoom only zooms the stream
3. Review: /review: -> While the stream is buffering, pinch to zoom results in the whole page to being zoomed. When the stream is playing, only the stream is zoomed.

Describe the solution you'd like

Consistant behaviour over all 3 pages. Ideally, no matter what i do only the stream should get zoomed (irrespectivly of playing / buffering), while the rest of the pages stays fixed.
