[GOOD FIRST ISSUE] Reproduce ENTITY v3.4.3 first-run path on macOS #86

Goal

Run the public ENTITY v3.4.3 onboarding path on a clean macOS environment and report the first reproducible friction point — or report that the path completed cleanly.

This is a platform-specific child task of #80. You do not need to understand the full ENTITY architecture and you do not need to fix anything.

Time box

15–30 minutes. Stop at the first broken, stale, ambiguous, shell-specific, dependency-specific or platform-specific step.

Steps

1. Start from the current public repository and release:

2. Follow the README Quick start exactly as written.
3. Do not substitute unpublished local instructions.
4. Stop at the first reproducible friction point, or complete the path if it works.
