Objective

Create a template which can be used to track issues related to Bitwarden Unified

• Discuss more labels
• Insert link to pinned issue
• Create necessary labels before merge

Code changes

• .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/bug.yml: Clean up and name Server Bug report
• .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/bw-unified.yml: Create issue template for Bitwarden Unified

Before you submit

• Please check for formatting errors (dotnet format --verify-no-changes) (required)
• If making database changes - make sure you also update Entity Framework queries and/or migrations
• Please add unit tests where it makes sense to do so (encouraged but not required)
