pending approval setting should appear in community challenge settings

each challenge should have a `pendingApproval` boolean field (for mod queue). It should've appeared automatically in the settings, which should be dynamic based on the fields found in the api, updating the UI automatically; so, this issue should also be about fixing the dynamic UI code.
