Parallel / Lazy dictionary doading

It would be great to load the dictionary file only when the target is vulnerable or in parallel when checking the target is vulnerable.
At the moment, the tool is slow on start when loading a custom large rainbow dictionary. It may end with the target is not vulnerable but the tool itself is slow.
