Better distinguish server from client errors #4

As reported by @nestorsilk here: https://github.com/bitcoinjs/node-bitcoin-p2p/issues/60
For new users of BitcoinJS it is often hard to distinguish server from client-side errors. This should be fixable by adding appropriate features to the error reporting and logging system.
