Performance figures / graph for minisketch with subdivision?

I've seen a number of comments that incorrectly dismiss this work as useless 'because quadratic', which is obviously non-sense on it's face but also because our recommendation of using splitting makes the overall time linear -- for applications that don't need the information theoretic properties.   We should perhaps add a minisketch with subdivision to our graphs.
