It seems your subkey used here is not listed in https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/blob/master/contrib/builder-keys/keys.txt, only a primary key is.

UPDATE: Sorry for noise. Indeed, for gitian sigs, gitian-verify.py handles subkeys and primary keys the same way (pointed by @laanwj).
