Release 0.0-6 - a somewhat functional (but revamped) Explora

* continued to clarify the code for readability
* reworked GUI to be a bit more attractive
* Ensured that all code can see 'session' global parameters
* Fixed bugs with saveProjectFile() which inadvertently blocked output of matrices (alongside tables and data.frames)
* systematically tested operation of code to fix bugs

KNOWN ISSUES:
* I'm not sure that the threshold filtering of data actually works
* I'm not sure how well the optimization algorithms are currently working - systematic expert review is required.

Otherwise, a baseline release seems appropriate at this time
