We need to fix this. That server was retired. What platform do you need
this for?

Hi,
On the Readme page it says
The software can be accessed from
https://bioimagesuiteweb.github.io/webapp/. You may also download desktop
and command line versions from [our download side]. Does the Readme page
need to be refreshed to this
https://bioimagesuiteweb.github.io/webapp/binaries.html ?

Hi, Thank you for the update. We ended up downloading the software here: https://bioimagesuiteweb.github.io/webapp/binaries.html. We downloaded the Linux 1.1.0a9 version for this. We are on an HPC cluster with RedHat 8.8. That said, we are not sure that the package we downloaded is the most appropriate for an HPC cluster and we are trying to use bioimage to perform some steps from this protocol: https://prod-shared-star-protocols.s3.amazonaws.com/protocols/3071.pdf (e.g. mapping, resampling etc ...). Do you have a suggestion for us? |
For command line use, just do "npm install biswebnode"

Hi,
On the Readme page it says
The software can be accessed from https://bioimagesuiteweb.github.io/webapp/. You may also download desktop and command line versions from [our download side]. But it looks like the link is broken. Does the Readme page need to be refreshed to this https://bioimagesuiteweb.github.io/webapp/binaries.html ?
