Support PCR Cleanup for MiniPCR workflow #543
Description
The MiniPCR workflow pools all pools for a MiSeq run before performing PCR cleanup. The 16S workflow pools individual plates, PCR cleanup is performed, and then all clean pools are pooled for the MiSeq run.
