Fork Pool Library Plates for MiniPCR #541
Description
The MiniPCR workflow needs to support the pooling of some or all of 384 individual wells, or alternatively some or all of a 384 well plate as 4 96 well 'sub-plates'. MiniPCR is similar to shotgun, in that it does not require a pool of pools, the way 16S does; the backend of this fork should reflect that.
