Modify Compress gDNA plates to support MiniPCR #538
Description
Compress gDNA plates is currently only used for the shotgun workflow. The new miniPCR workflow also uses the same functionality, unchanged. We should verify that the backend code reflects this, and modify the pull-down menu to show Compress gDNA plates under General Workflow.
