Updating values for DNA conc in Prepare Sequencing Pool does not update calculations until field loses focus

The sample amounts and total concentration appears inconsistent when the same values are presented: the same DNA concentration does not appear to result in the same sample or total concentration values.

@wasade Unless the gif above is misleading me, the focus remained on the Test sequencing pool 1 DNA conc (ng/ul) box the entire time the changes above were being made. The other values are updated when the focus moves OFF of one of those boxes--such as when the clicks into another box (if there is more than one pool included) or goes to click on the "Pool" button. See attached gif:

Oh, I see now. It looks like it updates on the first click after gaining focus, and then again once focus is lost, but not with clicks following the first one when under focus. If this is desired then we should close the issue

Hahahaha ... I think "desired" might be an overstatement :) I'm fine with keeping this as an issue (because if it confused you it will confuse others too!) but will change the description and priority to reflect that it misleads the user but does not actually produce inconsistent results.
