biotoolsID mapped to GitHub readme.content

there is a PR currently which can include a bio.tools ID in a CITATION.cff: #29

is this issue resolved because the ID could be included in the CITATION.cff, either as the title field (as in the PR above), or potentially as part of the identifier field (see below)?

the bio.tools id is now a part of the .cff (still needs fixing but that's issues #10 and #67 ) and readme file (see pr #91). i assume it's enough to close this issue. if you disagree, please feel free to reopen
