win7上不能运行

由于 windows 中全局变量在子进程中无法继承，与父进程不是同一个，导致父进程的 queue 不是子进程的 queue。fetcher 得不到 task 包。（https://docs.python.org/2/library/multiprocessing.html#windows）

可以参考 Explicitly pass resources to child processes 这一节，将 queue 作为参数传入 run_fetcher。
run_in_subprocess(func, _args, *_kwargs) 的原型是支持增加参数的

win7下还是不能正常运行。
chrome console看到很多错误：
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot use 'in' operator to search for '1' in {} index.js 90

然后任务没有真正运行，一直是灰白状态。

我没有 windows 环境，没法做完整的测试
因为环境复杂，不容易修复
如果你可以自己改的话，可以用 ./runtest.py 做接口测试

windows 下面没有这个属性:SIGALRM

用 IGNORE_MYSQL=1 IGNORE_RABBITMQ=1 IGNORE_MONGODB=1 ./runtest.py 关闭外部服务的测试。我不确定windows是不是有环境变量。。
然后这个timeout，用那个ImportError的版本

我新建了一个branch，我在这个分支里尝试修改，你可以用 git checkout origin/windows 这个分支进行测试

runtest.py 显示 OK.

但是运行后,刚开始会自己重启几次,才能正常显示网页.

不过还是不能使用.一样错误:
