Add Segoe UI and MDL2 font files into new 'Segoe fonts' folder, add CSS to import these as custom fonts and add a note about it in the README #1

I added all the font files, but only imported Segoe MDL2 and Segoe UI (not its' weight variations)

This goes against the Windows guidelines for font redistribution.

Can I embed the fonts into a game, application or device I’m developing based on the document font embedding permissions?

No, document font embedding permissions relate to embedding fonts in documents only, not embedding fonts in games, apps and devices.

Yeah we know and have discussed this already. That's one reason why we're changing the font to bitmaps, the font is included on windows anyway.

This PR has been superseded by #16. Now the tutorial is using PNG icons created by me, so there shouldn't be any licensing issues
