Incompatible with scipy 1.15.0

Bilby is incompatible with the latest scipy release v1.15.0 (from January 03, 2025) which leads to an import error (in bilby/core/prior/analytical.py line 3) because scipy.special.btdtri and scipy.special.btdtr got removed. These need to be updated to scipy.special.betaincinv and scipy.special.betainc respectively.
