Add per-profile hook configuration

A post profile setup script would be an awesome addition. For example, my .zshrc has calls to rbenv but a new system won't necessarily have that installed. Being able to install what I needed with my profile would be nice.

Hmm, interesting idea. The main stumbling block that I see is that that kind of setup is usually OS specific. Or at least it can be. So maybe a generic form to start with, and potential for adding on os specific scripts...

I wonder if it would make sense to prompt the user before running those scripts... A simple y/n prompt would suffice, with a command-line option to automatically answer the prompt.

I feel like a prompt is perfectly reasonable. I imagine something like this...

Actually, hook support is another thing I wanted to add. So maybe an extension to hook support allowing a repository to have it's own listing of hermit hook scripts. That sounds more elegant conceptually. Then it's not just adding a post-clone init facility, but a generalized per-repo hook facility.

This is still a super awesome idea and relevant regardless of language. In the future we might also want to consider a Rust plugin system in the way that cargo permits things like cargo install and cargo fmt.
