windows dynamic linking "copy boost dlls to bin/" fails on clion layout

Just copy dlls to ${CMAKE_RUNTIME_OUTPUT_DIRECTORY} which is defined as ${BII_PROJECT_ROOT}/bin. Will this work in all layouts?
