Add functions to Panda Power #32

Hello,
A valuable improvement this equipment could have would be a “Running Time since last usage reset” feature that accounts only for the actual operating time, excluding any standby or idle periods. Additionally, it would be very useful if the device could generate a usage report directly from the Panda Power, downloadable in CSV or another standard file format.
This would greatly improve transparency when billing clients. In my printing workflows, I typically invoice based on the following criteria: kind of filament and quantity, energy consumption (currently estimated), part development (when I am responsible for the design), and equipment usage (time).
