Note

Low Risk
Dev-only transitive dependency updates with no production code changes; main caveat is Node 18 no longer satisfies brace-expansion 5.0.8’s engine field in those nested trees.

Overview
Updates package-lock.json only to pull newer brace-expansion resolutions across the dev toolchain (ESLint plugins, glob/minimatch trees, TypeDoc, test-exclude, etc.).

Most nested copies move 1.1.15 → 1.1.16 (security backport for CVE-2026-13149 per Dependabot). The lockfile also bumps the root brace-expansion entry 2.1.1 → 2.1.2 and nested 5.0.6 → 5.0.8 under @typescript-eslint/typescript-estree and typedoc, including a tightened Node engine on 5.0.8 (20 || >=22 instead of 18 || 20 || >=22).

No application source changes; runtime checkout behavior should be unchanged.
