Describe the bug
Once the current user is selected, if they were going to interact with another place in the UI and the picked-user modal pops up in the screen, it would be a bit difficult for the user to acknowledge that they were selected - The modal would simply disappear.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Open a meeting with 2 users - one moderator and one viewer
2. Pick one user without changing the default settings (This will be the viewer);
3. At the same time, from the viewer's perspective, click to mute/unmute;
4. See that the modal disappears and it's counter-intuitive to find it again;

Discussion:
One solution for this problem is: open a floating window for the selected user while they are the selected user.

I suggest making the modal temporarily non-closable for a short duration (default 3 seconds) when it first appears.
During this time, it could display a countdown message like:

• "You can close this modal in 3 seconds"
• "You can close this modal in 2 seconds"
• "You can close this modal in 1 second"
• (Then hide the message)

This delay would help prevent users from accidentally closing the modal right as it appears due to a misclick.

We could make this behavior configurable with something like:

preventCloseDelaySeconds: 3

Another idea: during the delay, we could display all eligible users (or their initials) along with a short animation that lasts for the configured time, simulating a raffle.
This would add a sense of suspense and make the component more engaging.
While the animation is running, the modal should be non-closable, ensuring full attention stays on the selection process until the picked user is revealed.
