Optional attribute developmental stage set as mandatory in PRIDE submission tool 2.0.11

Hi there,

I got an error message when uploading a SDRF file (mouse) with PRIDE submission tool 2.0.11:
"The following columns are mandatory and not present in the SDRF: characteristics[developmental stage]"

However according to the guidline of minimal attributes, characteristics[developmental stage] is just optional for vebrates (as well as human and plants). Is that a bug in PRIDE submission tool?

@JinqiuXiao, we are deploying this week an API to replace the validation logic against the Python package because we have some sync issues between the Java version and the Python version. I will go back to you as soon as it is ready.
