URGENT: I get always the default response

I uploaded the techbot.zip file in my dialogflow agent successfully,,but when I try to search for a job or a meeting with the intent get_jobs_meetups I get always the default response and not the response from the external url = "https://www.shine.com/job-search/" like it suppose to be
I don't know how dialogflow will read the code for the action-methods. py
it will be very kindly from you to help fixing this problem!!

I want to let you know that the repo could be a bit outdated with Api.ai's transition but it still has support to APIs.

Can you tell me any specific exceptions or print them out so that I can assist you better
