Bug description

I upgraded to the latest version of Herd this morning and now get the error below when I run a php artisan command.

I have an older mac that will not upgrade to the a later operating system.

Can I get the previous Herd.dmg so I can rollback

Reverting to an earlier version of PHP does not fix the problem.

Huge thanks in advance.
Paul
