Bet Request for a wide filter (placeholder)

Currently bet requests can only be retrieved one at a time which isnt ideal for API users. A requirement has been raise to BetConnect to add a function in where we can define a filter and get back all available bet requests at once, saving the need to constantly make singular requests.
